All praise be to God, Almighty! On June 3rd, 2025, the Court of Appeals of the State of Washington delivered an unpublished opinion reversing and remanding a new trial. This is a victorious answer to prayer! Please take a few minutes to read the following paragraphs about my brother, Vladimir's case to raise your awareness of the dangers modern, law-abiding citizens are facing from within their walls.
On August 30, 2022, in Vancouver, WA, my brother Vladimir Nikolenko, was falsely accused and sentenced to 7 years TO LIFE in prison for a fictional story of "harassment" by my former employee, Flor Torres. Shortly after releasing her from her duties because of her failure to disclose her background report, Mrs. Torres threatened me that she knows people that work in the state that will, "help her get back at me".
On January 27, 2017, Flor reported this incident to the police. As Vladimir's sister and Flor's employer, I was interviewed by the police during their investigation which had been closed that same year due to lack of evidence. However, on August 3, 2022, I was interviewed again by a new private investigator, state lawyer, and prosecutor who informed me that the state had reopened the case; citing their right to do so at any time.
I question the motivations behind Clark County, Washington's decision to reopen this case in 2018. It is unlawfully connected to Washington states' ER 413 program which grants victims and families of harassment citizenship for 'prosecutorial process'... at the cost of imprisoning innocent people, like my brother.
